FormRef Property on DataEntity

If the property is not set, we get the warning – ‘No object specified on menu Item XYZEntity’ when we click Target in View Staging Data form.

When it is set, it will open the corresponding form with the selected record.

Example entity where it is set is CustCustomerV3Entity

How to clear cache in VM

Clearing cache could help in some cases. Close Visual studio and other applications before attempting to clear the cache for them. In a VM navigate to the mentioned paths and clear the contents. Filter blank/empty values in form

Select ‘ is exactly ’ in filter lookup & enter “”. This would give you records for which value is not filled in. Note : Might not work for referenced fields in the form. Example is Phone number in Customers form.

About Default action property & Default button set to Yes
